Overview

DIGITZ D-POS is the multi-branch point of sale application of the DIGITZ Prime platform. Each retail outlet bills at the counter on its own POS, while purchasing, inventory, accounts, and reporting stay centralized in DIGITZ ERP.

Purpose

To let a retail business grow branch by branch without splitting its data. The counter stays fast and independent; the business stays one system.

Multi-Branch Architecture

D-POS is not a standalone POS that is reconciled later. Every branch terminal is a front end onto the same centralized DIGITZ ERP.

Auto Sync keeps the connection live in both directions: sales raised at a branch reach the ERP in real time, and the masters the branch bills against — items, prices, stock — come from the same central source. Management sees the whole retail operation as it happens, not at month end.
